How We Care For This Service
A directory is only as good as its last update. We use periodic freshness checks to review contact details, location information, and evidence of English-language support.
We keep evidence levels distinct: Practice Confirmed means a practice representative has confirmed English support directly, while Community Confirmed means a pet owner reported a real experience. Neither label guarantees that a particular clinician will be available at every appointment, so please confirm when booking.
Staying Current
We review listings periodically and record the latest verification evidence we find. If something looks outdated between reviews, community reports help us investigate it sooner.
The "Warm Outreach" Protocol
Before we ever hide a listing, we look for "English Signals." If a practice appears to have shifted focus away from international services, we move them to a "verification queue" while we gather more information.
